Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At AJ Furniture, each project is treated as a bespoke design commitment, carefully planned and executed from concept to completion. To ensure quality, structure, and dedicated attention to every client, the following booking terms apply. Project Confirmation All projects are confirmed upon acceptance of a quotation and written approval from the client. This confirmation secures your place in our production schedule. Deposit Requirement A deposit is required to initiate any custom order. This allows us to begin the design process, material sourcing, and production planning. Production will only commence once the deposit has been received. Design & Materials All designs, materials, and finishes are agreed upon prior to production. Any changes requested after confirmation may affect timelines and cost. Lead Time As all furniture is made to order, production timelines vary depending on project complexity. Estimated delivery schedules will be communicated upon project confirmation. Cancellations Due to the bespoke nature of our work, confirmed and deposited orders are non-refundable once production has started. Client Communication We maintain close communication throughout the process to ensure alignment at every stage—from design approval to final installation.
